While the main story of My Hero Academiais all about pro heroes and their Quirks in the line of duty, this anime universe needed to fill in the gaps between the heroes’ battles. My Hero Academia: Vigilantes stepped up as one of the best anime spinoffs in years, elegantly balancing the familiar and the new in a narrative of underrated vigilantes patrolling the streets. Not everyone has the right stuff to graduate UA with honors or compete with All Might in the pro hero rankings, but these vigilantes don’t mind.
