Monster Hunter Wilds welcomes a new patch on February 18

Capcom isn’t done making improvements to Monster Hunter Wilds just yet. In fact, for its first anniversary, the game will receive another patch dedicated to improving its performance.

The version 1.041 update will arrive on February 18, 2026, on PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. It will bring stability and performance improvements across all platforms. In addition, “level of detail” (LOD) will be offered on the quality of 3D models. This will reduce the processing load on the GPU.

Finally, in terms of the game content itself, this update will add the Arch-Tempered Arkveld.
