It’s been over a decade since Muppets Most Wanted landed in theaters with a dull thud back in 2014, making less than half of what 2011’s The Muppets earned at the box office. Disney has confirmed to Polygon that it’s bringing everyone’s favorite puppets back to the big screen, and the premise isn’t what you might expect. Based on the very little we know at this point, though, maybe they should leave the Muppets on Disney Plus.
