Microsoft needs to license its abandoned Surface hardware, starting with the Surface Studio โ€” but with a twist

Microsoft no longer builds devices like the Surface Studio, but the design still has value. Licensing the Studioโ€™s display and hinge to another OEM could revive the hardware as a premium monitor without the outdated internals that held it back.
