Metroid Prime 4: Beyond review: Samus’ disjointed adventure has its bright spots

All hope is lost for the Lamorn. By the time Samus Aran is transported to Viewros, a distant planet far from home, the race of psychic aliens seems to be all but extinct. There are no traces of life, and any attempts to save themselves from a species-threatening calamity seem to have failed. They only have one last ditch effort to salvage their legacy: that a Chosen One will appear one day to bottle up their memories and spread them throughout the galaxy.
