It’s now official! After several days of rumors, Microsoft has confirmed the existence of Metro 2039. And we’ll soon learn more about this new installment.
In fact, 4A Games will be the star of the Xbox First Look: Metro 2039 event, airing this Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6 p.m. BST / 1 p.m. EDT / 10 a.m. PDT. The program will be streamed live on YouTube.
During the event, we’ll get to see the first images from the fourth installment of the FPS saga inspired by Dmitry Glukhovsky’s iconic novels.
