PS5, PS4 game Call of Duty: Vanguard drops multiplayer clans feature, hereās how you can get the trophy
Call of Duty: Vanguardās Clans feature was originally shut down a year ago without a warning, locking players out of Platinum as the āHello Thereā trophy required joining a clan. Shortly afterwards, the feature returned, only to be pulled again. But this time, Sledgehammer Games changed the āHello Thereā trophy/achievement requirement.
Now, all players have to do is start the campaign to unlock the trophy.
Here are Vanguardās latest patch notes from the update deployed on April 7, 2026:
- Cross-play is now enabled between the console and the PC version of Call of Duty: Vanguard on Steam.
- The Vanguard Clans feature has been retired. The āHello Thereā achievement has been changed to now unlock upon starting the Campaign.
Those who were locked out of Platinum due to this trophy can grab the prize now. Newcomers need not worry about it at all.
