In addition to Forza Horizon 6 this week, LEGO Batman: The Dark Knight’s Legacy is also coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Owners of the Deluxe Edition can start playing on May 19, while those waiting for the Standard Edition will have to wait until May 22.
Now, letโs take a look at the scores from the gaming press. On Metacritic, the PS5 version has an average score of 84% (47 reviews), the PC version 83% (11 reviews), and the Xbox Series version 86% (6 reviews). The OpenCritic score currently stands at 85% (22 reviews).
LEGO Batman: The Dark Knight Legacy has been praised for its large amount of content, its enjoyable local co-op, and the explorable Gothamโs streets. The audio is well-done, as is the combat system borrowed from Rocksteadyโs Arkham series (which is also mentioned in the credits). Completing the game 100% takes about 30 hours.
On the downside, there are too many bugs, the AI isn’t always that smart, difficulty remains fairly low, and the open world feels by the book.
