Konami will raise its employee salaries starting in March 2027

Following Atlus’s announcement about ten days ago, another Japanese video game company will soon be raising its employees’ salaries.

Konami announced the good news in a press release issued on Friday, March 27. Starting in March 2027, the monthly salary for new graduates will be 310,000 yen (approximately €1,680). This represents an increase of 70,000 yen (29%) since February 2023.

The Japanese publisher stated that it aims to “attract diverse and talented human resources and create an environment where every employee can feel comfortable and satisfied with their work”.
