Resident Evil Requiem is the ninth main installment in the series, starring the first new character in almost a decade: Grace Ashcroft. Her mother, Alyssa Ashcroft, was playable in the Resident Evil Outbreak games on the PS2, so there is some lineage to Grace’s character, but she is not alone.
