Microsoft is clearly more attentive to its community than ever before. The American company has announced the launch of a platform designed to collect player feedback more effectively.
Through this platform called XBOX Player Voice, users will be able to share their feedback on the XBOX experience. Users will then be able to check the date their request was received and reviewed. They’ll also be able to track updates and see how their feedback shapes the brand’s future.
The company notes that once reviewed, an idea may be implemented or discarded if it’s not feasible. Other requests may take longer to address. Not every piece of feedback will necessarily result in a new feature or update.
Finally, Xbox Player Voice will replace the portal dedicated to feedback on Xbox Cloud Gaming. Meanwhile, the support forum, the Xbox Insider Hub, and social media will, of course, remain active channels for engaging with the community.
