How to grapple in Saros

Sarosdoesn’t try to hide the fact you’ll eventually learn how to grapple because there are containers and items on platforms that you cannot reach, but there’s always a small blue circle nearby. Problem is, you could be playing Saros for ages and still not unlock the grappling hook, depending on how skilled you are at the game. The odd grapple ledge may have ways to jump and dash over, if the terrain and level layout permits, but otherwise, you’re out of luck.
