The cloak on the train in Mina the Hollower seems tantalizingly out of reach, and while the route to it is closer than you may think, you’ll still need to do a bit of prep. What you can’t see from the open cabin is the train cloak is blocked off by two locked gates. However, it’s worth tracking down the kears to remove those blocks, as the cloak grants you an excellent stat boost.
