Haldin is one of the nine outlaws available as bounties to claim in Hernand, the first major region in Crimson Desert — and the one that paid the most silver (30). Unlike other bounties in Hernand, though, Haldin is trickier to capture, as there are some requirements for his bounty to appear in the first place.
