Kojima Productions is an independent studio that works with both PlayStation and Xbox. With Sony, the Japanese developer is currently working on Physint. As for Microsoft, it’s a survival horror game titled OD.
In fact, Hideo Kojima visited the Xbox offices this week. There, he met with CEO Asha Sharma and Head of Content Matt Booty. They posed together for a photo posted on social media. Kojima also ran into Phil Spencer, the former head of Microsoft Gaming.
The meeting left no announcements of note. The goal was likely to showcase the close collaboration between Xbox and Kojima Productions, as news about OD has been scarce, to say the least.
Asha Sharma also expressed her delight at having had the opportunity to speak with the Japanese creator, stating on X: “Wonderful way to close my first 60 days.”
