Today is Fallout Day, and Bethesda celebrated by revealing some new announcements tied to the fan-favorite series. This includes a new version of the now 10-year-old DICE Game of the Year winner, Fallout 4, which includes everything PS4 and PS5 players will need to see everything the gameās Wasteland has to offer.
What is the Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition?
Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition is the āultimate celebrationā of the decade-old open-world RPG. This special release includes the base game, as well as its six official add-ons. This includes Automatron, Far Harbor, Nuka-World, and the three Workshop expansions. It will also be bundled with over 150 Creation Club items, like new weapons, different Dogmeat breeds, and Pip-Boy paint jobs.
The release of Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition will also introduce a new Creations menu, allowing players to easily view and download user-created content in-game.
Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition will be available digitally for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on November 10. For those who have yet to play the game, here is a brief description: āBecome the survivor that you want to be. Play as the lone survivor of Vault 111 in a world where your choices will shape it, as you forge alliances or choose to go your own way in the aftermath of a devastating nuclear war. Only you can rebuild and determine the fate of the wasteland.ā
When Fallout 4 was originally released in 2015, it received favorable review scores. According to the review aggregate site Metacritic, it garnered an average score of 87 across 58 critic reviews. In our review, we gave it an 8 out of 10.
