GameStop’s ‘Trade Anything Day’ Was Wild – IGN Daily Fix

In today’s Daily Fix:GameStop held its ‘Trade Anything Day’ promotional event where customers could come in with (almost) anything and get cash or store credit. GameStop shared with us some of the craziest trade-ins, such as a taxidermied bobcat, some McDonald’s socks, and—get this— a Netflix Wii disc from way back when the Wii needed an authentication disc to stream content from the Netflix app. Did you try to trade anything in an GameStop? Harada had been with the Tekken franchise for 30 years, working on each installment and directing Tekkens 3 through the recent Tekken 8. Harada has not yet said what he’ll do next.
