A fan favorite 2017 PS4 adventure game just dropped a free PS5 upgrade for existing owners alongside a brand-new entry. Little Nightmares Enhanced can now be claimed by all those who purchased the original game (disc required for physical versions).

Little Nightmares Enhanced is available on both PS5 and PS4, so the original version of the game has been removed from the PS Store. This means that players won’t be able to grab the 2017 copy for cheap and upgrade for free, as they can sometimes do in cases such as these.
If you missed out, Little Nightmares Enhanced is $19.99 on its own. A Complete Edition with all DLC is separately available for $29.99.

For those wondering, imports cannot be saved and trophies do not auto-pop for those who’ve unlocked the original Platinum trophy. If you want to unlock the PS5 trophies, you have to play Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition from scratch.
The game’s launch coincides with the release of Little Nightmares 3. The Supermassive Games-developed entry has received mixed reviews from critics. The jury is still out when it comes to player reception.
