Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade Launches on January 22nd, 2026 for Xbox Series X/S and Switch 2

While it didn’t confirm rumors of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth coming to Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X/S, Square Enix did announce a date for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade on both platforms. It’s out on January 22nd, 2026, a slight delay from the previously planned Q4 2025 release window. Check out the latest trailer below.

As an enhanced version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Intergrade includes improved visuals and quality of life features alongside the INTERmission DLC. The latter stars Yuffie Kisaragi, teaming with Sonon Kusakabe on a mission to retrieve some Materia from Shinra. Only Yuffie is playable, with Sonon providing assistance and unique team-up attacks.
