False Memory trailer finally confirms a release date — and it’s shockingly soon

After what feels like years of waiting, one of the most anticipated original Chinese animation — or donghua — projects finally has a release date. False Memory (also known as Memory Management Bureau) just received a new trailer that also confirms the series will premiere on Bilibili in China and YouTube globally starting August 2. For animation fans who’ve been following the project since its indie short film days, the official three-episode debut is a long time coming.
