It’s official: Electronic Arts is now private, purchased by a Consortium of investors led by PIF, the sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia (which will control 93.4% of the company), and supported by global technology investment firm Silver Lake and Jared Kushner’s Miami-based investment firm Affinity Partners.
