The next EA Sports FC title is cheaper than ever if you pre-order from a UK retailer, ahead of its launch later this month.

Along with Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7, EA Sports FC 26 will inevitably be one of the biggest-selling games of 2025 and 2026.

The football sim formerly known as FIFA has been a staple of EA’s slate for decades and the next entry, fronted by cover stars Jude Bellingham and Jamal Musiala (or Zlatan Ibrahimović on the Ultimate Edition), is promising some notable changes based on player feedback.

If you’re one of the many who automatically buy every instalment every year, you can pick up EA Sports FC 26 at a much lower price through a special pre-order deal.

Where to preorder EA Sports FC 26 for cheap

At UK retailer Currys, you can pre-order EA Sports FC 26 for £62.99, which is already a £7 reduction from the recommended retail price of £69.99. However, you can save an additional 10% off if you use the code ‘EAFC2610’ at the checkout.

With this code thrown on top, you can pick up the game for £56.59 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/Xbox One. This discount also applies to the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions, bringing them down to £44.99 and £49.49, respectively.

The PlayStation 4 version with a free next gen upgrade is not available at Currys (from their website, at least), but you can pick that up at other retailers like Amazon for £62.95.

It’s worth pointing out that this is only for the standard edition of EA Sports FC 26. If you want seven days of early access, starting from September 19, you’ll need to buy the Ultimate Edition, which costs £99.99 across the PlayStation, Xbox, and PC storefronts (this version isn’t currently available in any physical format).

However, if you can wait till September 26, the Currys deal is a substantial saving on one of the year’s biggest games. The standard edition also comes with some extras, including three icons for Career mode, one 92+ rated Ultimate Team Icon, and Manager Live Challenge Content.

EA Sports FC 26 is promising some notable gameplay changes following negative feedback to its predecessor, which didn’t sell as well as usual (which may explain the generosity of this pre-order deal).

The changes include the option to switch between two gameplay styles (Competitive and Authentic), reworked dribbling and ball-shielding, and improved AI for goalkeepers.
