Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age was originally released for the PS4 and 3DS in July 2017 before finding its way to Xbox One, Switch and PC. Nearly nine years later, Square Enix has released new sales figures on the matter.
The eleventh installment in the series has now sold over 9 million units worldwide. Dragon Quest XII is still in active development, but does not have a release date yet.
