Development of Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 is going well

When it was released in October 2023, Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 reignited interest in the franchise by introducing a new audience to Hideo Kojima’s iconic games. So it’s only natural to hear that Konami is working on a second collection.

During a conference at Tokyo Game Show 2025, the developers shared some news about Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2. While we don’t yet know which games will be included, development is “progressing well”. Producer Noriaki Okamura asked fans for a little more patience and promised that the compilation will be “something enjoyable”.
