You can use Kaigaku in VS Mode with his character pack, or get him plus 6 other packs (added in the coming months) with the purchase of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle Character pass. Additionally, the Anime Songs & BGM Pack is now available. This DLC allows you to change the background music that plays during battles in VS Mode to the different tracks featured in the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. This includes TV versions of the opening songs.
