Death Stranding Anime Series Is Coming To Disney Plus

Earlier this fall, Kojima Productions shared a trailer for a Death Stranding anime movie, Death Stranding: Mosquito. However, that’s not the only anime expanding the Death Stranding universe. Franchise creator Hideo Kojima has revealed that a Death Stranding anime series is coming to Disney+.

Kojima and series director Takayuki Sano announced the series at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. The working title of the show is Death Stranding Isolations, which will utilize traditional hand-drawn 2D animation. The animation will be provided by E&H production, and Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 character designer Ilya Kuvshinov created the concept art for Isolations. The art includes a glimpse of the two leading characters.
