Code Vein 2 Trailer Introduces Noah, the “Revenant Who Died For Justice”

Bandai Namco’s Code Vein 2 still lingers in the realm of Revenants like its predecessor, but it’s going for a much more epic story involving time travel. Players control a Revenant hunter, saved by the mysterious Lou MagMell, who then ventures through different points in history to prevent a disaster in the future. That means teaming with companions like Noah G. MagMell.

Having died in A.D. 2118, Noah is described as a Revenant of Justice who gave up his life as a human. He’s from the Superbia Bloodline, which likely affects the type of Jail used, and wields dual swords in battle. Despite his initial distrust of the protagonist, they eventually become close allies, even having to put down one of Noah’s former friends.

Of course, he’s only one of several companions that players will encounter throughout the Souls-like adventure, which launches on January 30th, 2026, for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. How will his story intertwine with Lou’s, especially given their last names? Time will tell, so stay tuned for more details.
