As is always the case, the Grammy Awards will also recognize the best video game music during its prestigious ceremony next year. The list of nominees has been revealed, and there is one notable absence!

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is the big name missing from this year’s list. The composer of the game’s soundtrack, Lorien Testard, recently won the WSA Game Music Award. Publisher Kepler Interactive submitted Sandfall Interactive’s game for two Grammy categories, but it was selected for neither.

Here is the list of games nominated for Best Original Score at the 2026 Grammy Awards, which will be held on February 1.
