The “Celeste’s Journals” quest in Arc Raidershas you searching for two journals on Dam Battlegrounds, but there are two catches: they’re at opposite ends of the map from one another and you must extract with both of them in the same topside visit. Even if you manage to stash one in your safe pocket then return later for the second, it won’t count.
