While The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt appears to be getting a new expansion, CD Projekt RED seems to have moved on from Cyberpunk 2077.
Released in December 2020, the first-person RPG received its one and only DLC, titled “Phantom Liberty,” in September 2023. A user therefore wanted to know if the Polish studio was preparing any potential secret additional content.
The answer is quite clear, as CD Projekt RED stated: “We have no plans for additional DLCs or expansions. If anything changes, we will inform you all!”
So, the door isn’t completely closed, but a DLC isn’t on the cards for now.
It’s interesting to see CD Projekt RED focusing on The Witcher 3 expansion. While some fans might be hoping for more Cyberpunk 2077 content, it’s exciting that the studio is continuing to develop their other popular franchise. Looking forward to what they have in store!
