The next entry in the Call of Duty franchise is just a week away as Activision reveals key details for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, including preload dates, PC specs, and more. A new launch trailer is also now available.

Preload Schedule and File Size

Players who pre-ordered the game can start preloading on November 10, ahead of its official November 14 launch. Preloading covers all modes – the co-op campaign, multiplayer, and Zombies.

While Activision hasn’t confirmed the exact install size yet, they are advising all players to have at least 116 GB of free SSD space available.

PC System Requirements

Activision provided a detailed breakdown of Black Ops 7’s minimum, recommended, and competitive/ultra specs.

 Recommended specs to run at 60FPS in most situations with all options set to high.

Competitive / Ultra 4k

 Competitive specs to run at a high FPS for use with a high refresh monitor, and Ultra specs to run the game at a high FPS in 4K resolution.

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X or Intel Core i7-10700K

  • RAM: 16 GB

  • Video Card: AMD Radeon RX 9070XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 / 5070

  • Video Memory: 16 GB

  • Storage Space: SSD with 116 GB available space at launch

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 officially launches on November 14. Below are the release times across key regions:

  • Los Angeles (PT): November 13 at 9:00 PM

  • Chicago (CT): November 13 at 11:00 PM

  • New York (ET): November 14 at 12:00 AM

  • London (GMT): November 14 at 5:00 AM

  • Berlin (CET): November 14 at 6:00 AM

  • Dubai (GST): November 14 at 9:00 AM

  • Singapore / Manila (PHT): November 14 at 1:00 PM

  • Tokyo (JST): November 14 at 2:00 PM

Black Ops 7 features the franchise’s signature three pillars: Campaign (with co-op), Multiplayer, and Zombies. According to the launch trailer above, Activision calls it the “biggest Black Ops ever”, with 18 multiplayer maps available at launch, hopefully an extensive and entertaining campaign, and what looks to be a deep Zombie mode offering at launch.

The game launches on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and it’s compatible with PC handhelds like the ROG Ally X and similar devices.
