2K Games and Gearbox Software have provided an update on the new features that will be introduced in Borderlands 4 in 2026. it will all begin on January 29 with an update that brings additional content, including a photo mode.
During the first quarter, Story Pack 1 and Bounty Pack 2 will make their debut. During the second quarter, the Bounty Pack 3 and several free patches will be released, including a boss raid. In the third quarter, players will have access to the Bounty Pack 4, the Bounty Pack 5, and the Story Pack 2.
Throughout the year, Borderlands 4 will also receive performance improvements, better balancing, fixes, and minor updates. Finally, endgame activities, limited-time events, and cross-save are also planned.
