An acclaimed 2017 PS4 game will soon be delisted along with its DLC from all platforms including the PS Store. Black Lab Games and Slitherine Software have announced that their sci-fi strategy game Battlestar Galactica Deadlock will be removed in phases, starting at the end of this week.
PS4 sci-fi strategy game Battlestar Galactica Deadlock will be delisted starting November 15
Battlestar Galactica Deadlock and its DLC will be available to purchase until Friday, November 14. The game will remain playable following its delisting, so those who are interested can purchase it from the PS Store for $29.99 (itโs playable on PS5 via backwards compatibility).
Slitherine Software didnโt provide a reason for Battlestar Galactica Deadlockโs removal from online storefronts, but weโre guessing the license has expired.
โThis marks the end of an era for our space fleet, and we want to give everyone a proper heads-up to grab the game while itโs still available,โ the publisher wrote in a note on Steam. โWeโre incredibly grateful for all the players who have supported Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock over the years. Your passion, feedback, and dedication have helped shape the game and keep the fleet alive in the hearts of our community.โ
Battlestar Galactica Deadlock features both single-player and multiplayer. In terms of multiplayer, the game offers 1v1 player-versus-player multiplayer or 2v1 co-op multiplayer against AI.
