Baicang is a playable Incantation S-Class character in NTE. He’s a main DPS that is supposed to dominate the field for a longer duration than most other characters. Of course, that’s only possible when he’s wielding the Camellia Society Arc and has the Crimson: Twin Butterflies Cartridge set.
