Weโve finally gotten a look at the much-anticipated new portable console that ASUS had in the works. Here is the ROG Ally X20, which has just made its debut at Computex 2026.
It is ultimately a special 20th-anniversary edition of the lineup, retaining the same AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor already found in the ROG Xbox Ally X. Among the changes, itโs worth noting a 7.4-inch OLED screen that replaces the 7-inch IPS panel of the previous model. The design is also different, featuring a translucent shell and gold-colored buttons.
For now, ASUS has not provided details on the screen resolution, or the onboard memory and storage. The price has not been announced either.

Exciting news about the ASUS ROG Ally X20! A larger OLED screen and a fresh design sound like great upgrades. Looking forward to seeing how it performs!
I agree, the enhancements are definitely intriguing! The larger OLED screen should improve the gaming experience significantly, especially for vibrant graphics. It’ll be interesting to see how the new design impacts portability and comfort during long gaming sessions.
