An early quest in Arc Raiders tasks you with finding Antiseptics, Syringes, Durable Cloths, and Great Mullein for Lance. While this may sound overwhelming at first, it’s actually a pretty easy quest to complete once you realize all of the items are likely to be found in the same handful of areas. Where to get Antiseptics, Syringes, and Durable Cloths
Antiseptics, syringes, and durable cloths can all be found in medical POIs, with the latter occasionally showing up in Commercial buildings as well. Some excellent early spots to seek out these items include the Testing Annex on the southeastern side of the Dam Battlegrounds, or the Hospital or Piazza Arbusto pharmacy on Buried City. All of these locations have a high probability of serving up at least one or two of these items while thoroughly exploring their interiors.
Alternatively, Antiseptics and Durable Cloths can also be crafted if you have the Refiner workshop bench built in Speranza.
