Black Ops 2 Zombies features secret Perma-Perks (Persistent Upgrades) that you can unlock (and lose) through very specific actions across Tranzit, Die Rise, and Buried. Some of these Perma-Perks are essential, including Perma-JuggerNog and even PhD Flopper!
