Another year of Magic ahead!
We still have one more set to release in 2025 in Avatar: The Last Airbender, wizards of the coast are already looking forward to next year.
Today, at MagicCon Atlanta, Wizards of the Coast announced its slate of releases for 2026. Seven sets are scheduled for the next year, with three set within the Magic universe, and four traveling to Universes Beyond.
The year begins with a return to Lorwyn in Lorwyn Eclipsed, which starts the year off on January 23. April’s set will feature a revisit to Magic’s mages school in Secrets of Strixhaven. The final in-universe set, Reality Fracture, will launch in October.
The first of the 2026 Universes Beyond offerings is due in February, and while it was not revealed at this panel, it will be completely unveiled at New York Comic-Con in October.
From there, Marvel Super Heroes, which features multiple heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe, will release in June. August will see a return to the world of Tolkien with The Hobbit, and November will boldly go where no man has gone before with a Star Trek set.
Along with all of these announcements, a new slate of Final Fantasy products will be released in time for the holidays. The new line includes a Chocobo-themed bundle with packs, promos, and more, as well as four Scene Boxes depicting climactic battles from four FF games: FF1, FF8, FF9, and FF15.
