
Sony will roll out a system update this week that brings the new version of PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) to PS5 Pro games. The company promises improved image stability, sharper detail, and more consistent performance.
Among the titles supporting this new PSSR are Silent Hill f, Silent Hill 2, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Alan Wake 2, Control, Senuaโs Saga: Hellblade II, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Nioh 3, Rise of the Ronin, Monster Hunter Wilds, and Dragonโs Dogma 2.
The update will be rolled out gradually starting March 17, 2026, at 5 a.m. GMT. All PS5 Pro owners will get it in the coming days. In addition to the titles mentioned above, Crimson Desert will benefit from PSSR 2.0 starting March 19. Finally, Assassinโs Creed Shadows and Cyberpunk 2077 will receive similar updates in the coming weeks.
