Although still without a release date, Marathon will be playable in the very near future, as Bungie has just announced a technical test for the game.
PS5, Xbox Series, and PC players can register here for a chance to participate in this preview until October 17 at 1 a.m. CEST. It will also be possible to register via the Marathon Steam page starting October 13.
The session will begin on October 22 at 7 p.m. (CEST again) and end on October 28, 2025, at the same time.
