Remedy has just released update 1.30 for Control Ultimate Edition. This is a free patch that brings several notable additions: new outfits, a brand-new mission, and graphical improvements, particularly for the PS5 Pro.
Players can now access three outfits previously exclusive to pre-orders—Astral Dive Suit, Tactical Response Gear, and Urban Response Gear. A bonus mission is also included. It’s Dr. Yoshimi Tokui’s Guided Imagery Experience, featuring the voice of Hideo Kojima. Up until now, it was only available in the PS4 digital Deluxe version.
On the technical side, this update introduces VRR, 120Hz, and unlocked frame rates on PS5, PS5 Pro, and Xbox Series X/S, along with improved anti-aliasing and HDR support. On PS5 Pro, Remedy has added PSSR support, improving edge sharpness, hair and vegetation quality, and more accurate reflections and textures.
