LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight was accidentally made playable by Xbox

Following Playground Games’ mistake in uploading the files for Forza Horizon 6 unprotected, it’s now LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight’s turn to leak ahead of its release. It’s scheduled for a May 19 early access release, followed by a May 22 launch for everyone.

This time, the error came directly from Xbox. On Reddit, a user pre-ordered the TT Games title and installed it right away. After receiving a notification that the game was ready to play, the player opened the app. Imagine their surprise when LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight launched without a hitch.

The user shared photos to prove his discovery. We do not know if this error has since been corrected.
