GTA VI: Take-Two promises the game’s price will be lower than its actual value

Rumors about the price of GTA VI have been circulating for several months, if not years. Observers expect the game to retail for €100, but Take-Two has never confirmed this rumor.

Strauss Zelnick, CEO of the American publisher, recently had to address this thorny issue. The businessman obviously neither confirmed nor denied the information, but offered a fairly encouraging statement regarding the final price of the Rockstar title.

« Consumers pay for the value you provide them, and our job is to charge significantly less than the value delivered. What you think of a product you buy is the result of the product itself and what you pay to get it. Consumers must feel that the product itself is exceptional and that the price they were asked to pay was fair in relation to what they received. »

Finally, Zelnick reiterated that the marketing campaign for GTA VI will begin soon and that the release date is still set for November 19, 2026, on consoles.
