I think I’m just about back to normal after staying up far too late for The Game Awards and then not being able to catch up on sleep the day after. How was that for you, though? Did any big game announcements catch your eye?

Obviously The Game Awards and the flurry of announcements lead a bumper crop of news this week, especially when sprinkling some Day of the Devs on top!
- Divinity revealed by Larian Studios, who probably watched The Wicker Man recently
- Total War: Warhammer 40,000 announced for PC, PS5 & Xbox
- Bradley The Badger is the new game from the creator of Mario Rabbids
- Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic revealed, but it won’t be out for ages
- 4:Loop is the new co-op game by Mike Booth, Sony & Bad Robot
- Leon confirmed as playable in Resident Evil Requiem!
- Control Resonant revealed with a new hero character
- Gang of Dragon looks like it’s coming for Like a Dragon’s lunch money
- Tomb Raider Catalyst and Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis revealed
- Pragmata release date confirmed, and it’s coming to Switch 2, and there’s a demo!
- Star Wars: Galactic Racer speeds us back to a galaxy far, far away
- Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve is a brand new entry in the series with a brand new trailer
- Free-to-play PvP shooter Highguard launches this January
- Deus Ex Remastered has been delayed and no longer has a release date
- Feed the Swamp King in the slapstick co-op game Frog Sqwad
- Activision won’t do back-to-back Modern Warfare and Black Ops anymore
- CorgiSpace is a big bundle of short-legged games from the maker of Canabalt
