Where Winds Meet Reaches 9 Million Players in Two Weeks

After crossing two million players on the first day of its global launch, Everstone Studio’s Where Winds Meet has hit a new milestone. It’s now at nine million players after being available for two weeks on PS5, PC, iOS, and Android.

Considering it crossed seven million pre-registrations before its global launch, such numbers appear understandable. However, it’s also likely that word of mouth is propelling it even further. It’s currently rated ā€œVery Positiveā€ on Steam with 88 percent of its 68,249 user reviews giving it the thumbs-up.

While it peaked at 251,008 concurrent players last week on the platform, it reached 203,840 in the past 24 hours. The seven days have also been quite positive, and again, that’s only on Steam. It’s also worth noting that despite being free-to-play and lacking any character or weapon gacha, Where Winds Meet is the eighth-best-selling Steam title globally.

For more details, check out our review, where we gave it a nine out of ten.
