Developer Blue Hat Studio and publisher Perp Games announced that they are delaying their upcoming PS5 survival horror game, She’s Leaving. Although it won’t launch on the intended date, gamers won’t have to wait too long to play this intriguing experience.

When is the new She’s Leaving PS5 release date?

She’s Leaving will now launch for PS5 on December 9, just a week after its original release date. Blue Hat Studio and Perp Games made the call to delay the game “due to new patches being added to the game over the past few days, and allows for further tests on the build to ensure that these haven’t caused any other issues within the game.”

It should be noted that the PC release of She’s Leaving will launch as planned, on December 2.

For those who are unfamiliar with She’s Leaving, here is a trailer, as well as a description of the survival horror game:

“Focused on the real-life practices of forensic analysts, She’s Leaving allows the player to understand and uncover the truth behind the evidence they find. Throughout She’s Leaving, you begin to discover that there has always been a target on your back. Equipped with only a taser, the choice is up to you – are you going to run and hide, or stand and fight?”

She’s Leaving will include PS5 exclusive features, thanks to the DualSense controller:

  • Lightbar: Glows blue when your taser is locked and loaded, flashes red when you need to reload your only weapon.
  • DualSense Speaker: Keep an ear out for the stalker’s maddening ramblings piped right through the speaker. The louder his voice, the closer he is!
  • Adaptive Triggers: Mimics the taser’s charge. You’ll feel the resistance as you prime the weapon, then pull all the way through to unleash its full stopping power.

When She’s Leaving releases on December 9, it will be available to purchase on the PlayStation Store. A price for U.S. storefronts is not yet known, but the developer announced that it will cost £13.99. So, players can expect to pay between $15 and $20 for the upcoming game.
