Although the Switch has had a YouTube app since November 2018, this is not the case on Switch 2. The app is not backward compatible, and no native version has been released for Nintendo’s latest console.
According to a moderator on YouTube’s Discord server, Google is currently working on an app for Switch 2. Its release is scheduled for February. This has yet to be confirmed, of course.
