In a recent video, the YouTube channel “Digital Foundry” delivered its analysis. For these experts, Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition is the worst Nintendo Switch 2 Edition to date.
Although the game’s resolution has been significantly increased compared to the Switch version, almost all textures now appear distorted. Thin objects such as cables no longer appear straight. The tester describes the effect as resembling dripping paint.
Let’s hope that all this will be corrected in a future patch.
