Xbox just wiped out most of the excuses game developers use to skip the platform

Microsoft has significantly streamlined Xbox development, cutting onboarding time to about 30 minutes and introducing Foundation Mode, which gives developers free access to PlayFab cross platform backend services when shipping games on Xbox.
