If you’re the kind to socialize a lot before you enter the ring, the new Island trailer for WWE 2K26 could be the highlight of your day. The mode is back, and it’s looking as good as it’s ever been, while its feature set has expanded and aligned with the game’s CM Punk-focused storyline.
The Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, has seen an end to his, well, reign over the island, and three new factions are vying for supremacy. Choose one, and rise to the top to take the crown. The Order of Tradition is led by none other than Cody Rhodes, while CM Punk is at the top of the Order of Anarchy. Rhea Ripley doesn’t shy away from the spotlight despite leading the Order of Shadows.
Choose one, and you’re going to have a lot of opportunities to rise through the ranks, unlocking cool customization options along the way and some unique perspectives, like CM Punk’s rise to glory, alongside potential alternate storylines. There’s also a new brawl environment, the Scrapyard, which sounds like the perfect venue for a vicious fight, complete with environmental objects for you to gain that extra edge. Of course, you can bring your friends along, and even take them on in the ring.
WWE 2K26 launches on March 13th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.
